A document sent to a medical provider (and sometimes the injured worker) explaining how a medical bill was processed and paid under the applicable fee schedule.
Why It Matters
Reviewing an EOR can reveal whether a bill was paid correctly or whether an appeal through Independent Bill Review might be warranted.
